Sailor Jerry “Somewhere in the North” Party Recap

“There’s nothing quite like a Sailor Jerry party, so it goes without saying that the folks over at Kuudes Linja in Helsinki stayed true to form while throwing “Somewhere in the North”, our Christmas celebration. Tiki Santa brought the holiday cheer and performances by garage punk bands Cheap Time and PÄÄ KII kept the crowd in high gear. People were treated to the Finland premiere of “Better than Something: Jay Reatard,” a documentary honoring the iconic rocker, whose performances at early Sailor Jerry events are some of our best memories.
